"Will I lose my saves if you repair my PS5?" We get asked this every week 💾
Repairs like an HDMI port replacement, a deep clean or a liquid metal refresh don`t involve your console`s storage, so your games and saves stay where they are.
We still recommend a backup before any repair, just to be safe:
☁️ PS Plus or Xbox cloud saves
💽 Or a quick copy to a USB drive
Got a question you`ve always wanted to ask a repair tech? Drop it below and we`ll answer it in a future post.
